The participant registration fee for SASDA 2009 includes: breakfast buffets, breaks, lunches, and all activities listed on the agenda.

If you plan on attending the Oklahoma SASDA meeting, please return the registration form and payment by May 1, 2009 so we can get an accurate head count. Also, remember that the cutoff date for the group hotel reservation block is May 8, 2009. Your spouse/guest may also register for each day’s activities individually.

If you plan on paying the registration fee at the meeting, please register on-line or fax the registration form to (405) 522-0909 so that we may have your registration materials ready for you when you arrive.
